3. Place your order before 2pm on a working day
4. Send us your artwork straight away — we engrave and dispatch the same or next working day
5. Your award arrives by tracked courier, signature on delivery

All prices include set-up, engraving and personalisation. Express carriage is charged at checkout; standard UK delivery is free.
