Every product page carries a live preview. You add your wording and upload your logo or crest, and the preview shows it in position on the award itself — so you can judge the layout and how much text actually fits before you spend anything.
The live preview is a guide to composition, not a production file. That is what step two is for.
2. We send an artwork proof before anything is engraved
Once you have ordered, our team produces a high-resolution artwork proof and emails it to you. Review it, ask for changes — as many as you need — and confirm when you are happy. Only then do we engrave and dispatch.
This is the step that catches the misspelled surname and the wrong year of service. It is why our customers come back.
3. Personalisation and set-up are included in the price
The price on the page is the price you pay. There are no set-up fees, no artwork charges and no admin fees added at checkout. Engraving, logo handling, design work and the artwork proof are all included, whether you order one award or fifty.

Can I see my award before I buy it?
Yes. Every product page has a live preview that puts your wording and logo on the award so you can check the layout before ordering. After you order, we email a high-resolution artwork proof and nothing is engraved until you approve it.
Can I order a single award, or do I have to buy in bulk?
Single awards are welcome. The same live preview, the same artwork proof and the same included set-up apply to every order regardless of quantity.
Are there any set-up or artwork charges?
No. Engraving, logo handling, design work and the artwork proof are included in the price shown on the product page. Nothing is added at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery is free and takes 5 to 7 working days from us receiving your engraving details. Awards in the 24hr Express range are held in stock, engraved the same working day and dispatched for next-working-day delivery, with express carriage charged at checkout.
What file formats do you accept for logos?
We accept JPEG, PNG, PDF, EPS and AI files. If your logo is only available at low resolution, contact us — we can often work with what you have or advise on the best approach.
What happens if the engraving is wrong?
Nothing is engraved until you have approved the artwork proof, which is what prevents it. If an award still arrives wrong or damaged, contact us and we will put it right. Our 90-day no-quibble guarantee applies.
