Delivery & Engraving Times

Every award we sell is engraved to order in the UK. How fast it reaches you depends on which range you choose — here's exactly how it works.

24hr Express Range — Next Working Day

Awards in our 24hr Express range are held in stock, engraved the same working day and dispatched for next-working-day UK delivery. Send your engraving wording and any logo artwork immediately after ordering — the sooner we have it, the sooner your award ships. Cutting it very fine? Contact us before ordering and we'll confirm your deadline is achievable.

Full Range — 5 to 7 Working Days

Everything outside the express range — including our corporate crystal awards, glass trophies, long service awards and golf trophies — is engraved to order and delivered within 5–7 working days of us receiving your engraving details. Ordering for an event? Allow a few days' buffer beyond the delivery window, especially for multi-award orders.

Engraving: What We Need From You

After ordering, send us your wording exactly as it should appear (names, dates, titles — double-check spellings) plus any logo or crest as artwork. Personalisation is included; your order doesn't enter the engraving queue until we have your details, so sending them promptly protects your delivery date.

Ordering a full awards-night set? We engrave each award individually and deliver everything together. Contact us with your category list, quantities and event date and we'll confirm timing and pricing before you commit.
